At this time, we are unable to accept returns as all orders are made to order. 

However, if an artwork arrives damaged, please reach out within 7 days of delivery and we will work with you to resolve any issues ASAP.

Refunds
If your item has been damaged, cannot be replaced and you've been processed a refund, please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. 
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve processed your refund, please contact us at hello@studiosathi.com.
